Report: Quebec Winter Carnival

Quebec Winer Carnival was officially started in 1955. It takes place in Quebec, Canada. It spends two weeks. It is the biggest winter carnival around the world. People do it to say goodbye to winter and christmas . People celebrated making playing some acivisties relationated to the winter such as: a'musement park ,  aciivities like. skiing, snow rafting, Ice sculpures, snowsled contest and outdoor snows.

It started when a family from Quebec, Canada started to sya good-bye to the winter and Christmas. Time later, this family party started to expand all around the city and all around the world. It is raditional o drink ''Caribou'', a hot alcoholic beverage o keep warm.

Usually, people wear very warm clothes because of the cold weather. Also, there is a very nice resaurant called  ''restaurant parttierns'' that offer a special menu that includes : appetizer, soup, salad, a main course and a dessert.

The pet of the carnival is a snowman called ''Bonhomme'' . It is the official ambassador of the festivities and it is the lord of the ice palace that is in the entrance of Quebec city
